The resident also mentioned: "They are always burning things, black smoke is constantly coming out. Once I went over to look and found that they were burning wallpaper. I reminded them that they can't just burn things here, otherwise it will cause environmental pollution. ”

On November 14, after witnesses called the police, the 119 fire station sent four fire engines and police cars to the scene, and then local civil servants also rushed to assist.

Residents said that there were a large number of unregistered foreigners living in the neighborhood and that they were afraid that something might happen. There are also difficulties in communicating with these people due to the language barrier.
